Famous Blue Screen of Death Comes To Windows 8

Well, with the released of Windows 8, here it is again the famous Blue Screen of Death. It  was there in Windows 1.0 (1985), Windows 95 (1995), Windows 98 (1998), Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Microsoft loyal also created an app for Windows Phone 7 which depicted the famous crash screen in Windows OS. Now what? Look and feel of this screen of death has been changed but still it asks you to restart your PC. This screen
appears in every version of the OS just because Microsoft is unable to resolve some fatal hidden bug.

While talking about the death screen in Windows 8, we can say that the error message and screen is updated but we would still like to call it the “Blue Screen of Death” (BSoD). I must say that this screen is more a blunder than an error. This screen was named after having a closer look at the blue color and error message.

Previously, this screen displayed a text with often vague detailing of what issue caused the PC’s critical error. A user would then have little choice but to reboot their machine–oh, and no one can escape it, not even Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

However, the classic wall of erroneous text with no meanings but now as you have seen there are some meaning to this block of text. New BSoD in Windows 8 has been posted by Chip Hazard on their Facebook fan page.

To put is short! New BSoD’s new design is cleaner, elegant and the error message is  understandable as well. Great thing about the screen is the cutest sad emoticon (copied from Google Chrome’s crash page) but the worst part is that this error is still there in Microsoft’s OS.
