Apple recently announced iPhone 4G, and it just wowed the fans out there. In deed it is a great achievement with 153 new features. I can comment on all of them but not now, right now I am going to discuss iPhone 4′s glass.

They say that iPhone 4G has more stronger glass than its previous versions. People out there are saying that this new iPhone’s glass is less prone to scratching, as it is 30 times stronger than plastic, etc. But! Will it break?
Guys at iFixYouri has performed an experiment that will iPhone’s glass break or not. Let’s see the result of their experiment in the screenshot given below. It might be possible that iPhone 4′s glass can handle shock and sudden fall, but it doesn’t prove that . That is what it is stiffer enough, as it causes 95% of glass shattering.

If your phone lands flat on the ground the glass will no more be there. There is a design flaw in the glass that will make iPhone suffer in future. The reason being in new iPhone the glass is mounted on the top of the aluminum, while in previous versions it was on chrome bezel.
Let me make it clear that the iPhone drop test was performed at the height of 3.5 ft. In this experiment iPhone survived 2 times but on the 3rd drop it was shattered.
