Meizu is an Android powered device which is made by Chinese vendors. Its initial version was M8 later it came the Meizu M9. Well, while talking about the M9 it came up with Android 2.1 later it was updated with Froyo, that was done via hack thanks to some of the keen M9 users. Now there is a great news for the device owners. Yes, the way you think! Gingerbread has been ported to the device and surprisingly it gives the best performance among some of the Android devices.
As you can see the above image, it shows the comparison of Nexus One, Meizu M9, HTC Desire, Samsung Galaxy, Motorola Droid X and Sony Ericsson Xperia. Wow! M9 with Android 2.3 has oust all the devices.
Now let me thank an engineer who hacked M9 and ported Gingerbread to the device. My initial thoughts were that the Chinese Android device is the worst among Google OS devices. But, I was wrong! As you can see that M9 scored almost 2600 points and this makes it clear that Meizu manufacturers has made an astonishing device. Let me tell you that Gingerbread is not officially announced for the device but you will get official update by end of this month.
