Download Sn0wbreeze v1.5.3 To Jailbreak iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 MC model 5.12.01

It’s been a long time when I posted Sn0wbreeze v1.5.2 to Jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3, since then I just posted one teaser post that depicts the Sn0wbreeze v1.6, but it was just a teaser. Today I am fortunate enough that I found a video which says that Sn0wbreeze v1.5.3 can Jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 MC Model 5.12.01.

Here are the steps that will guide you till your iDevice is not jailbroken.

Step 1: First of all you have to start your iTunes and sync your iPod Touch with your machine, just to back-up your data.

Step 2: Download Sn0wbreeze from the links given below, and the original iPod Touch OS 3.1.3 for your version of iPod Touch. Copy all the downloaded files to desktop of your PC.

Step 3: Now, start Sn0wbreeze v1.5.3 in Simple Mode.

Step 4: Sn0wbreeze will ask for .ipsw file. Select your 3.1.3 firmware .ipsw file, you can do so by clicking the browse button. Let Sn0wbreeze to verify your selected file, until you will get the DONE message.

Step 5: Sn0wbreeze v1.5.3 will automatically create new custom .ipsw file for your iPod Touch which will be jailbroken.

Step 6: Now restore your iPod Touch to this custom firmware 3.1.3. Click on your phone from the sidebar in iTunes and then press and hold left Shift button on the keyboard and then click on Restore.

Step 7: This will make iTunes prompt you to select the location for your custom firmware 3.1.3. Select that custom .ipsw file and click on Open.

Step 8: Congrats your device is jailbroken.
