Apple Now Has a New CEO – Farewell Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs has resigned from Apple Chief Executive Officer Position, this news is been spreading like a wild fire in the World Wide Web consortium. Multiple geeks are expressing their views on the departure of Jobs from the current post. Anyhow Jobs will be active as a Chairman board of Directors for Apple.

We see multiple reasons behind Jobs farewell; on top of stack are his health problems. Steve has been facing a lot of medical concerns, in 2004 he was operated for pancreatic cancer, In 2009 the liver transplant. Besides all these sickness he was active in his company’s concerns and was playing an integral role. Now as he is moving away and so questions regarding the company’s future are being raised.

Now Tim Cook will be acting CEO for Apple, many critics are predicting that we might see some downfall in company’s progress pace and fame in comming future, although he have been found very effective when he was in-charge on Jobs absence but things changes in no time, we have seen the example in the past when Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer was assigned as CEO and Bill Gate retired; there was a clear distinction thresholds.

As Apple current progress is extraordinary so in-comparison with this progress the future prediction for Apple can be bit down, the shares for Apple Inc. are already 5% off on just getting the news of Jobs resignation. Seems like Steve Jobs the name itself drives Apple popularity and success. Steve Jobs has the extra ordinary spark that lead the company status firm in all the worse conditions. And his decisions are always found to be effective.

Due to keeping and having the ‘simplicity’ effect Jobs have beaten Sony. He has always kept things as simplest as they can and despite of all the criticism from people around the globe. For e.g. he did not provide any right click mice, no rows of tiny buttons with cryptic icons, no USB or camera or playing Flash files in the iPod, not providing streaming, subscriptions or online support for iTunes and lot others. Will Cook be able to keep the things simple and maintain the same level as discussed?

Apple already lost its retail planner Ron Johnson, and product design head Jony Ive is also found to be planning to leave Apple, well the employees were sticked due to the leader who was leading them all, and it was Steve Jobs who created such culture where employees loves to join and work. He was the magnetic recruiter who drives people to join the company. The media itself was following him, every statement of his was given great attention, and were outstandingly covered, will the same be provided to Tim Cook or Phil Schiller??

The company has officially posted the organizational chart for the new officials. Hence there is a chance of Apple future to be not as stable as it is at the moment and according to above points Cook has to strive a lot to achieve the excellence point where Jobs was.
