People are make a good use of the social media, they can share anything they want, they can easily show what is in their mind. But we have seen in the recent past that profanity is just increasing on social websites like Facebook and Twitter. We have also seen that 47% of the users have profanity on their Facebook walls. Facebook is not the only media where people uses disrespectful words but Twitter is another one! It is shocking but this is a harsh reality.
Yes, in the recent past I have seen a map where it shows the profanity on Twitter per 100 tweets. After seeing that map I am very much shocked and depressed that how profane people are. Users also use disrespectful words for themselves and for others as well. Below you can see the Twitter profanity map.
General users uses the profane words is acceptable but it seems more shocking when celebrities like Kevin Peterson use it on social media. Yes, English cricketer was fined when used abusive words on his Twitter account. So we can’t really blame common users to use bad words.
