Windows Mobile 6.5.1 SDK released

Microsoft has just released SDK for Windows Mobile 6.5.1 and Windows Mobile 6.5.3. It is reportedly said by the guys at “xda-developers“. This SDK is made available at Microsoft site, with documentation, sample code, header and library files, emulator images and tools.

Microsoft states that this SDK is for Windows Mobile 6.5, but one can think it is actually Windows Mobile 6.5.1 because of the leaked builds reported by different blogs. Folks are saying that this SDK is quite nice, but the Visual Studio integration doesn’t seem to work with 6.0 SDK.

So before installing this version it is recommended to uninstall any previously installed version.

Installation is so easy, just 2 simple steps:

1. Download the SDK.
2. Perform one of the following:
   • To start the installation immediately, click Run.
   • To save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save.
   • To cancel the installation, click Cancel.
