Of course most of the them don’t know the name of the antivirus, he/she then search it on a search engine. Now here is a loophole, cybercriminals are navigating the activities of the users so they decided to produce one fake software with a legitimate name. Most of us don’t know whether the software is legit or not so we fall for it.

Here is another fake software with name “Antivirus Center” which is causing problems for the web surfers. This rogueware is automatically installed on your machine without your permissions. All you need to do is to unwillingly click the rouge online scanner or download an infected video.

Once it gets installed on your computer, Antivirus Center will automatically launch a fake scanner and it would prompt you with false virus warnings. You will get annoyed when the fake software will modify your registry settings. You will also notice that your internet connection has been slowed down and you won’t be able to browse through it. Your LAN or Wireless connection will drop frequently.
