When Your Computer is Hacked

Hacking is becoming common day by day, every now and then we see that hackers are getting into the user’s machines by exploiting vulnerabilities in their respective OS. Hacker do get into user’s PCs to get confidential and private information including user’s private documents, pictures, videos etc… Sometimes hackers also steal information like user names and password, those passwords maybe your bank account password, your machines password or any of your password regarding your personal information.

Today, I will inform you about the different ways hackers get into to your PC, I would like to state some suggestions depicting that your machine is hacked. I am writing this article because most of the users don’t know anything about hacking and hacking techniques. To be very frank world is unsafe, so in this insecure world you are advised to be cautious. This article will definitely guide you to keep your machine safe from intruders, attackers and hackers.

Well, there are many signs indicating that your personal computer is hacked. So read the following suggestions and instructions very carefully. I just want to save your guys from the on going daily threats.

So, the first thing you have to notice is that if settings of your machine  (or personal computer) has been changed. Change in settings maybe change in the desktop’s wallpaper (wallpaper is changed automatically) because someone else accessed it and changed it, he/she may accessed it physically or remotely.

One more thing you need to make sure that your machine’s Hard drive LED is not blinking if your PC is in idle state. If your computer is in idle state and the LED is blinking then you should be careful. While the PC is in idle state and LED is blinking it means that your machine is processing some information. If that is the case then you need to take some precautionary measures, disconnect your LAN wire or if your using WiFi turn it off immediately. One more thing you need to make sure is that install a good antivirus and enable your firewall (but it might not always be true because there are some processes like search indexing which runs when computer is in idle mode thus making hard disk LED to blink).

Do change all of your passwords at regular intervals. Never ever share your password, username and IP address to unknown and unauthorized users. If you don’t want to be a victim of cyber criminals / hacker or an intruders then you need to follow these instructions.
